Faster Then The Speed of Love, a piece which holds a memory. I will always remember the day. The sun was setting and we were driving south . It was just like we were the only two people in the world. Racing the sunset, racing each other; every time I’d look over at her, she was smiling in excitement, with love in her eyes staring back at me. Five months later, when the nature of life nearly took her from me. The feeling I had was the same as that memory. It seemed as if I was watching from a distance the whole time. On the road, I was so close to her, as if I could reach out and touch her, but moving so fast, made her seem so far away. All I could do was pray she’d make it, because in those moments she was out there truly alone, there was nothing I could do besides float next to her weaving in and out of time. Making sure she would make it out alright, by making it out together.
